Requirements for NDDC Local Master’s Post-Graduate Scholarship 2025
Below are the requirements for the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) Local Master’s Post-Graduate Scholarship 2025/2026:
- Applicant must be from Niger Delta region.
- Applicant must possess a bachelor of science degree (B. Sc) or higher diploma (HND) or Post graduate diploma (PGD) in a relevant field of discipline.
- Applicant must possess a First Class (1st Class), Second Class (either upper or lower division) bachelor degree.
- Applicant must possess an NYSC discharge or exemption letter.
- Applicant must possess a minimum of upper credit in HND or PGD
- Applicant must not exceed 40 years of age.

All applications are to be made or submitted online via the Niger Delta Development Commission’s website or portal at www.nddc.gov.ng. Applications must be submitted alongside the following supportive documents listed below:
- A recent passport photograph
- A letter of identification from the Local Government of Origin
- A post-graduate admission letter from any recognized universities in Nigeria
- Relevant academic qualification (Degree) from recognized universities
- An NYSC exemption or discharge certification

Selection Process
Application Phase: This is the stage where eligible or qualified applicants submits their application for the Niger Delta Development Commission Local Master’s Post-graduate Scholarship 2025/2026.
Preliminary Phase: This phase has to do with shortlisted candidates who meets all the necessary requirements needed for the submission of application for the Niger Delta Development Commission Local Master’s Post-graduate Scholarship 2025/2026.
Computer-Based Testing (CBT): Shortlisted candidates from the preliminary phase will undergo a computer-based testing examination.
Test Score: Candidates who meet the required test score of 70% and above will be shortlisted for the final phase for shortlisting.
Final Shortlisting Phase: This is the phase for candidate who meets the require test score from the Computer-Based Test screening
Verification Phase: This is the phase for shortlisted candidate’s verification through Local Government Areas (LGAs) as well as Community Development Committees (CDCs)
