General Requirements for Kenya-AIST Recruitment 2025/2026
Below are the requirements to enroll in the Kenya Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (Kenya-AIST) recruitment 2025/2026:
- Applicant must earn or possess a PhD qualification in relevant field of discipline from any recognized or accredited university.
- Applicant must possess atleast 5 years teaching experience as an Associate Professor or a minimum of 9 year of research experience at a Research Faculty or relevant equivalent.
- Applicant must possess or have atleast a minimum of sixty (60) general publications since attaining the role of an Associate Professor alongside a minimum of forty (40) scholarly journals.
- Applicant must have a minimum of 10 supervised doctoral students to completion and a minimum of 5 supervised Master’s degree students.
- Applicants with evidence of registered patent and commercialized innovations in research related discipline have added advantage.
- Applicant must possess or have current ideas on information technologies.
- Applicant applying for the Kenya-AIST recruitment must meet and satisfy the Chapter Six (6) of the Kenyan Constitution
