General Requirements for Kenya Ministry of Roads and Transport Recruitment 2025/2026
- Applicant for the Kenya Ministry of Roads and Transport recruitment must be a Kenyan citizen either by birth or naturalization.
- Applicant must possess a Kenyan means of identification or international.
- Applicant must not exceed 45 years during time of application.
- Applicant must possess not less than 10 years of experience in relevant field of discipline, also not less than 5 years of experience in the transport sector.
- Applicant must possess a masters or bachelor of science certification in either Economics, Statistics or relevant field of discipline.
- Instructors Certificate from a recognized Institution or attended T.O.T course of not less than Four (4) weeks
- Registration by the Kenya Engineering Technology Registration Board (KETRB) as a Candidate Engineering Technician Craft
- First Aid Certificate from KIHBT or St. John’s Ambulance
- Applicant must possess good inter-personal/organizational skills.
- Applicant must be of high integrity.
- Applicant must possess good intercultural and communication skills.
- A good knowledge of Data Entry/Modelling is an added advantage.
- Must be comfortable and proficient with the use of computer and date science software like MS word Excel, SPSS etc.
- Applicant must possess good presentation skills and leadership quality.
