Duties of the PENCOM
The National Pension Commission (PENCOM) was established in 2004 to approve, license, regulate, and supervise pension fund administrators and other pension-related institutions. The commission also from time to time helps in determining and establishing standards, rules and guidelines for the management of pension funds.

Requirements for PENCOM Recruitment 2025
Applicants who wish to apply for the National Pension Commission Recruitment 2025 must possess the following requirements listed below:
- Applicant for the PENCOM recruitment must be a Nigerian citizen with valid means of identification such as National ID card, driver’s license, International Passport.
- Applicant must have atleast five (5) credits pass (inclusive of English Language and Mathematics) in either of WASSCE, NECO, GCE, or NABTEB.
- Applicant for the PENCOM recruitment must have either a master’s degree, bachelor’s degree, or HND in relevant field of discipline.
- Applicant must be a good team player.
- Applicant must have atleast 1-3 years of working experience in relevant field of discipline.
- Applicant must possess good analytical skills, organizational skills and good communication skills.

The application processes the PENCOM recruitment can be done in two phases, the online phase where applicant must visit the official recruitment portal at PENCOM to obtain the application form, fill and upload required documents and submit.
The offline phase which has to do submitting copies academic qualifications, curriculum vitae and a cover letter to the nearest PENCOM office closest to them.
